Hi Sydney! This instruction captures students' attention! I particularly like the hands-on learning activities you use to include students as they pretend to be alligators. Also, the inclusion of the game at mathpyramid.com increases student engagement. This excellent lesson plan incorporates technology, one to save for the books. Great job to you and your team!
Sydney! I liked how you included the introduction. I think including a video is a great ay to start any lesson. Also any hands on activity helps keep the students engaged. This is a excellent example how to integrate technology. Great job!
Hello Sydney, It is crazy we picked the same lesson from the same website. You guys did a great job changing the lesson to work better. I like that you included materials, it is something I wish we would have added to ours. I really enjoyed your presentation (slides and presentation in class). Great job to all of you.
Sydney, I like how your group split up the class for independent work. This is important because it will make small-group support easier for the teacher. This year our school has grade-level paras which they did not have before. I am watching our teachers explore how they utilize their paras. Splitting the classroom like this makes it so much more simple than planning out 5 different centers and managing them all while supporting small groups. Great idea!
